Bank Holidays, Christmas (between 5th and 30th December) and New Years Eve will be relevant to circumstances, and our fees would have an increase dependant on the times and dates, so please contact us with your requests and details here All of our price guides are subject to change: The type and location of an event, is the venue easily accessable for us? ... any costs that we may be subject to (parking etc). The client may also be liable for any cost due to loss or damage to our equipment whilst we are on location and in the ‘Time Frame’ of the booking... All deposits (30% Non-Refundable) are required when you book the event and event fees required up front (before we start) and in the event that our equipment or the safety of our staff is compromised, we have the right to terminate the booking (there and then) without any loss or cost to us, and all fees paid are non refundable...
